JJ was very helpful when we found out that our holding tank needed a UV light to pass the water test. He contacted the company and made all the arrangements. “I can not say enough good things about JJ and his team. We met JJ when we purchased our first home in White City, he represented the seller at the time. While working with him, my husband and I kept saying we wished he was our realtor instead due to his knowledge, responsiveness, and personality. A few months after closing on our house, my husband received a job offer he could not turn down which would require us to relocate across the country. We both said JJ needed to be the realtor that we hired to take care of this. So we gave JJ a call and he immediately met with us to get the ball rolling. “My first sale fell through with no fault to JJ or myself. He immediately dug in, found another buyer in less than 4 days and the property was closed 3 days before the ‘closing date’. He worked hard, especially since during the first botched sale, I moved to another state and was not available in person to handle things.
